Matcha - High Grade [nearly Ceremonial]

“high grade Matcha, almost ceremonial grade. This is not your inexpensive culinary grade grocery store stuff.” This is what is served in nice tea places in Japan. We are not messing around with the low quality stuff here. 

Best Brew: Whisk half a teaspoon with a quarter cup of 180 degree water in a small bowl or cup until thoroughly dissolved and a light foam appears. Drink as is, or add to a warmed milk to make a latte.
